There’s a certain walled-in-ness to having a head cold that isn’t at all unpleasant. Yes, the aching muscles and tight throat are uncomfortable but that sense of being sealed-off is almost warming. It may just pass, they often do with me. Just one day of being off colour then right as rain. We’ll see. Life must go on, regardless.
